GVI has been, as a measure of its commitment to overall development of developing
countries, been engaged in supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing education,
environment and health. GVI played a key role in planning, development and
completion of a major German Government-funded project, through ChildFund-in-
Georgia, which provided village resources development training to 1000 students
across 20 schools in 5 regions of Georgia. It also currently facilitates and seed-funds
the Human Capital Foundation in Georgia which offers training and education in
schools, is engaged in a nutrition project with the University of Jaffnna in Sri Lanka
and Tajikistan and offers its services to the Australian Medical Aid Foundation to
enlarge the organisation’s delivery capacities.
