Saguramo Gardens is GVI’s branded flagship project on 350,000 sq.m land in Saguramo, 20 minutes from Freedom Square in the centre of Tbilisi, Georgia. The project is a mini city of mixed development of 450 residential villas in 3 Phases, a Medical centre, a 4-star resort hotel, a health resort and retirement park, mini golf course and sports facilities, shopping centres, cafes and restaurants and a beautifully designed theme park of small lakes, cobbled streets and fruit gardens. The project show-cases Georgia as a land of natural beauty, tradition and culture and is targeted mainly at international clients from Middle East and Europe. The project was officially launched in Dubai on 14 May 2016. Infrastructure works commenced in April 2016.
